It is the dream of all our members to own a house. But affordable houses in Metro were not available. To meet the dream of our members of having a comfortable spacious home with all amenities in a good location without stretching their budget a dream home housing project - Unity Enclave was started. Over 1600 members have joined the project. The Unity Enclave Project will be a Gated community with all facilities and amenities available within the campus. A public school and a College [Professional / Arts] will also be established next to the project and till now 18 acres of land has been acquired for the same. When the project comes up, it will be the largest ever project undertaken by any agency. The work is in progress.
We have already registered one UDS on 13.11.2015 at SRO, Guduvancherry for land cost fixation purpose. The registration has been sent to the District Registrar's office at Saidapet. Because of the rain and flood , most of the Government officials are in camps, hence, the cost fixation is getting delayed. We are planning to give all the parent documents, a copy of legal opinion and all the approval copies to all the owners ( soft copy and hard copy ) at the time of UDS registration. The seniority list for UDS registration with late payment interest is ready. We are in a position to start the UDS registration immediately after receiving the land cost fixation by the Government which we are following up closely.
We have registered our SBIOA Unity Enclave Owners Welfare Association and SBIOA Unity Enclave Sports Academy on 03.11.2015 at Saidapet district registration office. We will get the registration certificates shortly. The Office Bearers shall be elected only by the owners of the flats after the construction is over. We have attached a list of block wise number of back to back car parkings available in our project for your information. Comrades, who want additional car parking may send your application by mail or post on or before 10th January 2016.
